While hybrid work is set to be the norm, only 37% of global employees believe their company is currently succeeding in aligning work across physical and digital channels (Qatalog & GitLab, 2021). To bridge the gap, dispersed teams require tech concepts that cultivate office camaraderie, elevate  remote training and energise online meetings.

Only 20% of global employees feel engaged with their job (Gallup, July 2021). Therefore, a core challenge of the hybrid working future is ensuring teams stay motivated wherever they’re based. Productivity-boosting tools are on the rise – but so too are fears of overstepping surveillance.
