This year’s Speciality & Fine Food Fair in London (September 10-11) was an edible and visual feast of outstanding product development and presentation. The show excelled in creative flavour innovation, evolved food and drink formats and eye-catching gifting opportunities. Here, we list our top products from the show.
- Dolce & Gabbana: Luxury Italian fashion label Dolce & Gabbana grabbed attention via its range of food items, all packaged in elaborate and decorative tins, boxes and sleeves. Edibles included everything from pasta and tinned tomatoes to indulgent biscuits.

The products are all sourced in the UK, and beautifully packaged in a rainbow of appealing hues.
- Incognito Spirits Company: British small-batch spirits producer Incognito Spirit Company showcased its limited-edition gift range, consisting of rums, gins and vodkas packaged in whimsical boxes depicting traditional circus motifs. The sumptuous presentation renders the products perfect for premium Christmas gifting.
- Peat’d: UK company Peat’d launched its Peat Smoked Tomato Sauce at the show, available in Original, Garlic, Chilli and Truffle. Boasting the world’s first peat-smoked tomato sauce line, peat is a natural organic layer of soil that produces an aromatic smoke when fired, perfect for infusing flavour into ingredients.
