Eoghan Flynn

Assistant Editor, Consumer Lifestyle

Eoghan analyses emerging trends across the food, beverage, travel and hospitality directories, writing future-facing reports and conducting in-depth image-based research to illustrate them. On top of this, he’s proud to be a member of Stylus’ Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, and played a significant role in helping the team create definitions for DEI for the new Stylus website, launched in 2022.

He started with Stylus in 2022, coming straight from writing for Numéro Berlin, Fräulein magazine and Fashion Unfiltered (where he was also the social media editor). Before completing a Master’s degree in Fashion Communication at Central Saint Martins in 2021 – where he also co-edited and presented the Fashion at Central Saint Martin’s podcast series – he gained a Bachelor’s degree in History of Art and French at University College Cork.

His main professional motivation comes from the desire to spotlight initiatives that support underserved consumers; to celebrate the contributions of diverse brands to the food, beverage, travel and hospitality industries; and to explore technology and sustainability-driven innovations.

Eoghan enjoys working within an intimate team of like-minded individuals at Stylus, who encourage each other to grow both professionally and personally.
