Manya Koetse is a China media watcher and editor-in-chief of What's On Weibo. She is a writer, public speaker, and consultant (Sinologist, MPhil) on social trends in China, with a focus on online media and digital developments, popular culture, and gender issues. Koetse founded What's On Weibo in 2014 to provide societal, cultural and historical insights into an ever-changing China through the lens of Chinese social media.

Rui Ma is a China tech analyst and founder of Tech Buzz China, a platform that offers insider perspectives and takeaways on China's tech industry. With over 15 years' experience in investment banking and investing (from seed-stage funding to pre-IPO investing), Ma spent eight of those years working across multiple industries including real estate, media and technology in Shanghai and Beijing. She is currently an angel investor and adviser for several start-ups and funds.
