With a background in trend research and strategic foresight, Vashti helps brands make sense of shifting consumer, cultural, and market dynamics – turning insight into action. She’s spent over a decade tracking emerging trends, uncovering new nuances in behaviour, and shaping strategies for global clients.

Her career started at The Future Laboratory, where she specialised in research, honing her ability to decode evolving mindsets. She later took her expertise on the road, freelancing across South America for agencies like Stylus, Protein and PSFK, before settling in Spain and continuing to work closely with Stylus.

Now part of the Advisory Team, Vashti goes beyond trend analysis, helping brands understand their role within cultural shifts and how to shape the narrative. She combines rigorous research with strategic thinking to show not just what is probable, but what is possible – helping businesses future-proof themselves through responsible, sustainable and inclusive innovation.

Her passion for storytelling and cultural analysis isn’t just professional – it’s personal. As a mum to four Gen Alphas, she’s always questioning the stories we tell ourselves, the narratives we inherit, and how they shape the way we see the world.
