Rebecca spends her time at Stylus surveying the retail and brand communications landscape, charting how companies are responding to consumer attitudes and contributing to the socio-cultural conversation, and turning her findings into actionable insights for Stylus members.

Reporting on retail since 2016, she joined Stylus in 2019. Fascinated by the ways in which company culture reflects how we live, work and think, she’s particularly interested in tracking emerging areas of brand communications, like service design – as encapsulated by her 2022 Servicescapes deck.

Drawn to the breadth and scope of retail and brand comms’ remit, she’s especially motivated by creating work that might prompt progressive action by businesses on several fronts, including sustainability and inclusivity.
