As editor of Food & Beverage and Travel & Hospitality, Laura investigates and interrogates everything from global dietary shifts and sustainable food production, all the way through to destination marketing and evolving traveller attitudes. She then translates these insights to help brands understand how to better serve consumers as well as the planet, both now and in the years to come.
Before joining Stylus in 2016, she worked in public relations for the food, beverage, travel and hospitality sectors, representing a number of multinational brands as well as innovative and disruptive start-ups.
She is particularly passionate about how food and travel brands can create real and meaningful change and innovate in ways that protect our health and spark joy, as well as create fair and equitable supply chains and protect the environment.
