Emily manages all Stylus Consumer Product directories and leads on fashion content and sustainability, with additional expertise in home as well as colour and materials.
She came to Stylus in 2014, but her career in trend forecasting spans 30 years. During that time, she has worked in consultancy as well as directly for brands and retailers, including H&M Group, Inditex Group, Arcadia Group, Target, Walmart, Bestseller Group, Walt Disney and Warner Brothers. She’s also written for Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and i-D Magazine, and contributed to various published book titles on the history of art, design and popular culture.
Her passion lies in helping brands and manufacturers create beautiful products that meet ever-changing consumer lifestyles and needs. She’s especially keen on ensuring sustainability and ethical concerns are also met in that process, and keeping ahead of the curve when it comes to new, underrepresented and diverse talent – an area she is confident Stylus can make a big difference in.
