As digital overwhelm, loneliness and other stressors rise, people worldwide are seeking meaningful connections. In this report we reveal how, faced with a scarcity of purpose-built venues, consumers are proactively creating their own connectivity hubs, offering insight into how physical spaces could be better utilised. We also explore how they’re using online tools to foster offline interactions, bonding over shared interests and communing through wellness.
