“When we talk about new luxury, we’re talking about how brands have to stop treating these [consumer] groups as one segment, and really speak to them very differently,” explains Dr Antonia Ward, Stylus’s Chief Futurist. “They also have to understand the other variables affecting the luxury sector.” Speaking on GlobalData's Instant Insights podcast, Dr Ward unveils what some of these variables are, as well as how luxury travel and wellness are being redefined in today’s market.
